This week in little owls the children enjoyed using different seasonal vegetables, dipping them in paint and making some lovely vegetable print patterns.
This week the Little Owls have been exploring colour and have used a variety of techniques to make firework pictures. We talked about the colours we could see and make by mixing some together.  We also talked about the sounds fireworks can make and tried recreating them with instruments.
Little owls have been practicing turn taking and measuring when cooking carrot cake muffins this week. They measured and poured out the ingredients and waited patiently for them to bake.
