Dear Parents & Carers,
We are pleased to announce following the interviews last week we have appointed a new Academy Head to start in September when Mrs Burns steps down from her post.
Mr Pemberton had the following message he wanted to share with you
I'm delighted to have been appointed Academy Head at Harbertonford. I look forward to getting to know the staff, the community and, of course, the brilliant pupils of Harbertonford over the coming months before I officially take up post in September. Wishing you a happy and rewarding (and very busy) summer term before that.
We are looking forward to welcoming him into the school briefly this term to facilitate a smooth handover for staff and children, and then for him becoming part of the Harbertonford Primary School family after the summer holidays.
