Car Park

To apply for a parking permit please read the T & C's below and then complete the form.  You will be contacted when your permit is ready to collect.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE SCHOOL CAR PARK

  1. Residents wishing to use the car park out-of-school hours must apply annually to the School Office for a windscreen permit and sign to indicate an understanding and acceptance of the conditions, which govern the use of these facilities. Permits must be displayed on the windscreen at all times.
  2. Name, address, email address, telephone number and vehicle registration of applicant must be supplied.
  3. All vehicles must be taxed, insured and roadworthy.
  4. Permit holders accept that the Link Academy Trust will not be held responsible for theft or damage to cars, contents, or personal injury.
  5. The applicant will not undertake car maintenance or repair on the school site.
  6. Parking is restricted to one vehicle per household.
  7. Parking is restricted to the hours between 16.30pm and 08.30 during the school term.
  8. A new application form must be completed for any change of vehicle registration number.
  9. The permit excludes caravans, trailers, boats, lorries etc.
  10. The gates will be locked during one weekend every year, thus there will be no public parking.
  11. The Link Academy Trust are entitled to vary these conditions at any time.
  12. The Link Academy Trust reserve the right to close the car park at any time in the interests of the safety and welfare of the children.
  13. The use of the car park allowed by this scheme is not deemed to confer any rights of use of the land on a permanent basis, nor does it affect the rights of ownership of said land, vested in the Church of England.
  14. Failure to apply for an annual permit or comply with the terms and conditions of use will result in parking permission being withdrawn and may result in your vehicle being clamped. A daily parking charge of £2.50 will then be applied for a maximum of three weeks, after which time the removal and disposal of the vehicle will take place at the owner’s expense. This sum may well be in excess of £200.
