On Thursday this week Kestrels were lucky enough to attend a Striking and Fielding festival at Broadhempston where we got to show off our cricket, rounders and kickball skills, amongst others, whilst playing against various other schools from our Trust. We also learned that we were very good at Dartmoor 3 ball, which is a great game! We would like to say a massive thank you to Stoke Gabriel, Diptford, Landscove and Broadhempston for their great sportsmanship, the fantastic sports leaders from Diptford who ran each game with us, the adults who came along to make sure the day ran smoothly, and above all Mr Tanner and Mr Pierce for organising and running such a fab day. AND the weather was beautiful for us! We had a fantastic day!
