The Little Owls have had a very busy week thinking food based around the story 'bears don't eat egg sandwiches'.  We practised our spreading skills when we had toast for snack, tasted some different vegetables and even planted some cress!

The Little Owls have had an extremely busy week thinking about food.  We used our fine motor skills to snip the cress we grew last week, made pizzas and ate them for lunch and thought about how to look after our teeth.  We even found time to visit the school library.

This week the Little Owls planted sunflowers.  We talked about how they need water and sunshine to grow and that they can grow very tall.  We also had a visit from very interesting minibeasts, which included; hissing cockroaches, stick insects, giant land snails and even a tarantula!
