We are really enjoying rolling this week.  After more tyre rolling, we set up a ramp using the guttering.  The children soon found objects to roll in addition to the balls, including wheels and trains. We are also starting to learn how to fix the guttering when it breaks!

This week we are listening to the story Dear Zoo. After hearing the story, we decided to have a go at moving like the animals in the story. We roared like lions, jumped like frogs, stomped like elephants, swung through the trees like monkeys, slithered like snakes, walked like a camel, stretched really tall like a giraffe and moved like a puppy. 

The Little Owls have continued with the story Dear Zoo this week and used this to explore more wild animals.  We have looked closely at animal patterns, spots and stripes.  We recreated some of our favorites with a variety of resources.
